Pressrelease Terrasmart and KRINNER Schraubfundamente GmbH

KRINNER Schraubfundamente GmbH has a long-standing relationship with Terrasmart, going back to the legacy TerraSmart business prior to its acquisition by Gibraltar Industries. In October 2020, both companies executed a multi-year exclusivity agreement recognizing the technical superiority and quality controls of our ground screw design and engineering and Terrasmart’s unique installation and project management capabilities within the commercial and utility scale sectors in the solar industry. This exclusivity agreement names Terrasmart as the sole distribution and equipment partner of KRINNER Solar ground screws and solar installation equipment in the United States. We remain committed to this relationship and bringing innovative and technically sound solutions to the U.S. solar market in exclusive partnership with Terrasmart.
